Located in the Wiregrass of Alabama, just outside of Fort Rucker, Freedom Firearms has its roots in the military. Our founders CW4(ret.) Miles and Sue spent 23 years traveling with the U.S. Army all over the world. After retiring from the Army in 2009, the Merrills set their roots in Level Plains and in 2012 Freedom Firearms was born.

Since 2009, Miles has been working in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has operational experience with the latest makes and designs in the firearms industry being used "down range". So whether you're looking for the latest trend or something classic, we can assist you with that decisison.

Freedom Firearms specializes in Internet sales and transfers. Additionally, we are a Class III dealer and build custom AR platform rifles. The Merrill team is ready to assist in transferring your firearms for soliders preparing to PCS to or from Fort Rucker.
